Keeping this view, our operation started with Pharma business in the year 2012 when started its operation, we were a small team of enthusiastic people with a well-defined vision and eagerness to grow and now is one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical company in MSME sector. This journey of 13 th years was no less than a roller coaster ride- full of ups and downs, but eventually, through innovation, trust, and excellence, we found our path to success. We have successfully launched five Divisions. Presently our Company have been engaged in rendering Own Ethical Market under the divisions “Trireme General and Speciality Care” and Third Party Manufacturing with joint venture or Loan License manufacturer of complete range of latest molecules of Tablets, Injectable (Dry and Liquid), Capsules, Soft Gel Capsule, Liquid, Protein Powder, Nutraceuticals etc. Our product variety has unanimously accepted by renowned Doctors and their continuous prescription has created a greater demand in the market.
We successfully launched the " Ultra care Division" under Trireme life Sciences private limited can be harnessed as a great opportunity for new pharma entrepreneurs. The company was launched new entrepreneur program under the scheme "SWAPNA PURTI" Where the company has approx. 200 Brands helping generate employment through urban and rural entrepreneurship. This initiative has been exclusively taken to help cover up the wounds of unemployment. The company announced "SWAPNA PURTI PROGRAM" in such a fashion which is unique for potential entrepreneurs in the urban and rural sector. It will be either a franchise or joint ventures Business model. The company will provide a free intensive program by the professionals and experts in this field in pharmacology, basic biology, Marketing, sells skills, training for Regulatory compliance and Legalities. Our business Model are Promotion cum Distribution & Branded Generic Promotion to the Registered Medical Practitioner and Pharmacy and also Management was launched Child & Women well Care Division. We successfully launched Trireme Cure & Care Division with wide range of Injectable & Critical care Products are available for the covering and supply to Government hospitals, Nursing home, Corporate hospitals and other medical faculties. We now feel to expand our business and ultimately we decided to enhance our growth through diversifying our business.
We have started our corporate social responsibility through one of our group company namely Trireme Mankind Foundation being Section 25 Company with an ideal objective to provide free health care facilities to underprivileged, health service in remote and rural areas and urban slums, preventive health check-up for expecting mothers and lactating women, health camps for the elderly and school health programs for children, disbursement of medicines and also arranging financial help in the field of education for poor people and training for their livelihood has been incorporated with a governing body along with other members to achieve its objectives and Monthly ration Distribution program for needy people for rural area. We have achieved to get registration under
section 80G in the Income Tax Act.
Moreover, Gladly this year very soon Trireme Mankind Foundation has introduced a telemedicine App under the name and style “Health Guide” for the people who can avail telemedicine consultation with reputed medical practitioners and can avail all other support like medical test and medicine under this application by registering their names. It is a huge scope for rural people under this Application to reach wide range of qualified Doctors at any point of time without coming into city except in emergency cases. We know there is a word “prevention is better than cure” in medical tongue. We can save thousands of lives if we are under regular health check-up and under medical advice. This application will help the people to prevent themselves from suffering disease, chronic problems etc. as this application will provide all necessary support to the people in terms of availability of doctors, medicine, health check-up and other facilities at an affordable cost. Those people who do not have any Android phone to use this application they will be chosen as a Medical solicitor for providing service to the patients through WI-FI enable LED generated screen in a block of a Village under a particular area. The trained Medical solicitors will be fix appointment of the patients and Doctors.
We have distributorship model and a modern hierarchy of management and efficient sales team who have been continuously contributing towards the Company to achieve a good result. We have a good Medical Advisory Board consist of renowned Doctors who have been giving support in terms of Molecules, Sales strategy, Training to Medical Representatives and other Bio Technical knowledge which is our essence. We have recently introduced a legal cell under the guidance of MB Advocates and Solicitors in our Company to protect intellectual property rights of our product like Trade Mark, Patent etc. and also to solve other corporate legal issues to make the company in better position. The legal cell also looks after the legal issues of our associates and emerging entrepreneurs who will be joining us in our entrepreneurship program for statutory and legal compliance. It includes Trade Licence, GST Registration, Drug Licence, GST Return Filing, P Tax, Income Tax and any other Legal assistance whenever required. We are at over 13th years of journey and within very short time we are currently operating our marketing in Pan India and having almost 120 nos Employees and indirectly 2000 stakeholders. We have successfully developed approx. 300 plus Distributor network and Extension Business Approx. 12 states in India. We have planned to open 250 headquarters in Pan India by the Ethical Marketing & OTC Promotion before of the financial year 2029-30 and expected group business turnover of Rs.150 (One hundred Fifty) Crores. We shall definitely Ranking of the best pharmaceuticals company in India. Hence, we have opportunity to expand but we can't do all these things without co-operative and team work culture of our employees who are all time supportive with us.

As oath was taken on 4th of October 2024 by our management, employees and stake holders while celebrating our 12^th Foundation day in Kolkata and Panipat office to be a leader in the pharmaceutical industry.

Future & Mission

Hence, we along with our Chartered Accountant, Doctors and Legal Advisor came to a conclusion to list our company in SME IPO into National Stock Exchange at Mumbai.

We will launch soon our Doctors App through telemedicine conference. In this way our business developing growth plan can help us to identify and implement strategies to boost revenue, expand customer base or create new products.

Our core strength is “QUALITY IS OUR HALLMARK” and “ETHICS IS OUR DNA” and we are also aware about Government's policy towards pharmaceutical industry in India. We are making a five-year plan for development and growth of our business. Now we have successfully operated “General & Speciality Care”, “Ultra care division”, “Cure & Care Division” & Third Party Manufacturing (Over 1000 Molecules). We launched fifth division namely “Child & Women Wellness Care Division”. We have a plan to launching Design Sixth Division namely “Turbo wellness care” in the financial year 2025-26 & We have a plan to launching Design Seventh Division namely “Trireme Diabetic Care” in the Financial Year 2026-27. It is pertinent to mention that present Government is focusing on Ayurveda treatment and underscoring the importance of Ayurveda, it is true that time has come for a “Health Revolution” under the aegis of traditional medicine system and pitched for affordable and accessible health care. Therefore, our “Birds Eye” will be to put our step into Ayurveda Sector and we shall manufacture Ayurveda product under different brand in addition to allopathic medicine. A large number of employments we are expecting in very near future.

We shall focus on continuous growth and we expect at least 350 plus employees and 2500 stakeholder will involve in their livelihood. We are dedicated to build a challenging team to occupy a considerable market share in the domestic and overseas market.
